Leadership in this age ( the Aquarian Age ) is rooted in your authenticity.

Part of the process in really knowing who you are involves connecting to deeper parts of yourself and having experiences that inform you from that place - such as dancing, voicing, breathwork, sacred intimacy, or psychedelics (to name just a few)...

And then there’s just cleaning and clearing all the stuff that’s in the way!!

As a human, you are adopting and absorbing so much into your subconscious… All. The. Time. You are programming yourself (and are being programmed) constantly. Your subconscious mind picks up billions of bits of information that you are not conscious of at every moment - and since the subconscious creates something like 95% of your reality, that’s a LOT of subliminal information running the show. 

One of the most immediate and accelerated ways to start cleaning out that programming is through a process I call Outrageous Ownership.

Taking full and Outrageous Ownership of yourself and every aspect of your life means embracing your potential and the immeasurable success you’re capable of and it could be the most radical act of your entire life.

In my experience, anyone who wants to experience freedom bad enough, will walk through the fire of transformation to attain the perspective, confidence, and clarity it takes to exist in that reality.

1. Increase Prana: Prana is life-fore energy that rides on the breath, taking in more air (to the point you are uncomfortable) increases the energy in your system and your system starts to be able to hold more and more energy. You are sharper, clearer, and more vibrant with more energy in your system.

2. Fall in Love with Your Sound: We all have a completely unique sound current and it is the foundation frequency that manifests your life. Receiving your own sound with great love creates a magnetic feed back loop that amplifies your authenticity.

3. Change your Movement Pattern: our bodies are the subconscious, whatever limiting belief you're playing out in your head is also playing out in the way you move your body. Find a bodywork practitioner that can help you re-align and open up your body in a way that will free up your mind. It's a game-changer!
